Admit it, you don’t use Live.com as your search engine, instead you “Google”. I tend to be a very honest person and admit I didn’t use it much either until fairly recently. I never avoided any search engine because I was a Google fanatic but I simply wanted what everyone else did, the best results.
When I did try Live.com again I noticed something fairly interesting, the results improved, a lot! I now find almost no difference between the search results of Live.com VS. Google.com.
Background Images = Some amazing shots
Another big change that really impressed me and made Live.com standout are the image backgrounds they added as shown in the example below. This made me turn Live.com on as my home page, something I've never had before as I typically preferred no page at all. Daily I wait to see what the next image will be, how Geeky is that?
At the end of the day no background image will make you switch your search engine, but at least give Live.com a chance, who knows you might like it.
