Since then I have simply not had a chance to post the PowerPoint deck until today. Therefore my parents kept this fact away from me to protect me. After arriving to America in the late 80’s as a very young kid this danger subsided and slowly my parents started to explain the whole “Jewish thing” to me. Honestly to this day they are no experts but...

Within the walls of Microsoft we have an email called “Inside Track”. This email is sent out weekly and brings together a list of interesting stories related to the world of Microsoft. I am sure some people ignore this email but at times it really does have some real gems, this was one of those times.
The first story in today’s Inside Track focused on Randy Pausch Lecture presentation entitled “Randy Pausch Last Lecture: Achieving Your Childhood Dreams”. I heard of this before so I decided to spend a few minutes to check out the video (which turned out to...

I had a small hand in getting Luke into the schedule for this event and am very happy on a good turnout and his excellent presentation. I really have avoided F# until now but am glad to have take the first steps into this new language through today’s superb introduction. Luke mentioned a few key facts about F#’s “coming of age” and I wanted to share them with everyone. No longer just Research First It should be worth saying that F#...
